YES ear buds are uncomfortable and actually kind of hurt, even the smaller one provided. My issue is the audio book - you can't fast forward thru chapters. Thanks for your review.

Great video. Should I do AZ or FL for my first one? Worried about the windy bike, and hot run, but not really the cold swim. FL rip tides, windy bike, and hot run concern me.

Wow, that was so much information explained really clearly and quickly. I am 60 years old. I’m just coming back into fitness lap swimming and was not really a great racer back in high school and he really helped me make a decision on getting some fence.

do you think training bike and run help with the swim. I have been neglecting swimming because I am a comfortable swimmer and did well on 70.3 distances with minimal swim training. First time doing the full ironman (at penticton as well). Its hard to manage so much training and swimming has taken the most neglect..

Bought this used off FB and this is the only exercise I've ever been able to stick with. I've got bad knees but this machine supports the exercise I need without putting stress on my knees or lower back. Just 5 to 15 minutes a day changed my body pretty dramatically and has made it easy to maintain a healthy weight. Bonus: it tightened my pelvic floor, no more post-baby leaking.

I use this in my workouts in the ocean, still working and does ok, but may have a hard time charging, (Work With It) Clean the hole with cue tip, Look at the you Tube instructions.

He said water weight is loss quickly but you will gain the water weight back when you rehydrate. Thus my understanding is there is no long term weight loss benefits.

I am really impressed with this workout. Especially after I removed my bodybuilding glasses. It's prefect for lower body and all push muscles. But still I wanna include a Chin up for a pull movement. Which is a good for biceps grip strength, rhomboids and lats. What do you think the beginner workout routine will look like?
