You have to hit down 2 or 3 times right after you input sickle snag. It’s not down back 2.

JAX is disgusting

It adds a damage buff to spear moves. (More damage.) Does a ton of damage. If you customize your character to have the added spear/chain combo strings, those are buffed as well. If you spend a bar to enhance the flaming spear buff move and youre standing close enough to them, you can restand the opponent. So you can keep a combo going because they'll catch on fire and you get to extend your combo.

It's hard to explain but you just hold up after amplify and quickly hit down + 1 or 2. The important thing is that you hold up and not quickly hit up down so that you avoid getting a short hop input.
