Hi Riya, both measurements are two different methods of measuring brightness from observer's point UGR(interior) - in the view direction (1 direction in grid form) and GR (exterior and few interiors with flood light arrangements)- 360 deg measurement from the observer point. If you are beginner and just learning, do trial and error and learn the principles or if you are working on project derive the lux level as per you regional standard for the given area (ex office task 500 lx) you could follow IESNA, CIBSE or any regional standard and work towards by keeping in mind of luminaire selection and aesthetic value. There are no standard L shaped window in Dialux, you can manage by keeping the standard with cutout adjustments

Try not to cutout to the edge of the wall, leave 2 to 5mm and reduce the limit the cut depth. Usually it will not show both room, It calculates as separate workplane only.

@@KabirKhan-yc6nn Try exporting to ifc if room elements are defined then Dialux can take in easily, mostly from sketchup is less possibilities. I would suggest to recreate if its not complex model
