It helps to watch KZbin videos and tutorials, it helps to do exam dumps, it helps to go build your own tenant, but it is a MUST to go read Microsoft's very well designed, complete, and clear documentation. Unless you do that, you won't get the knowledge and skills.

Hi, I'm also studying for this certification and having some trouble with the hands-on lab. I considered using Cloud Academy since they offer labs, but their labs were under maintenance due to Microsoft disabling M365 dev account registrations. Their suggestion is to either use your own M365 account or try the labs in read-only mode. If possible, you could sign up for an Entra ID P2 trial (to access PIM features) and a Microsoft 365 E5 trial. Both trials last 30 days and can be renewed once, but after that, it's hard to create new trial accounts with the same information. I spoke with Microsoft sales, and they offered Entra ID P2 for $12/month per user, and 15 Microsoft 365 E5+EMS licenses for about $22/month each, which totals around $345/month. If that works for you, great! you could also reduce the number of E5 licenses. Unfortunately, it's not an option for me right now. If anyone knows a free or more affordable solution, I'd love to hear it!

Teams recordings are usually stored in organizers personal OneDrive. Just find that recording and share it with the external users using the share option. If you want me to make a short video on it let me know.

MD 102 was a part of previous M365 admin certification ( MS 100 + MS 101 ) but then they removed it and brought MS 102. But yeah these three certs will cover everything there is to M365 for sure.

Yes, I work on M365 and Azure VDI projects and this certification helps a lot with the Entra ID side of things.

The first option only allows you to have one recipient. If it's two or more than you either have to make a rule ( option 2 ) or used the security group method.

Easiest approach if you want to retain the users data is to just add the new custom domain in existing tenant and update the user names of all the users. If you want to setup a new tenant and then move the data to it from old tenant, then you gonna have to do migration using third party tools.

No, they will have to use the new password as soon as you run the PowerShell command for it. Logged in user will stay logged in but to log back in again, they will need to provide new password, that you reset to.
