How do you decide on pricing? Thats my issue
@MasterScreenPrints6 күн бұрын
It was one of my toughest since I started. All your cost include them and then price your shirts.
@StephenHosler20 күн бұрын
$2.30 shirt + $6.00 (10x10x.06) DTF + $1.00 to apply = $9.30/.6 = $15.50, round up to $16.00/ea. Graphics are additional. 2XL and larger are additional.
@MasterScreenPrints13 күн бұрын
Yes. Also done forget about the shipping if you are ordering it and this time is what it will cost you. You should apply this amount to the customer and not it up the price.

What would you charge for a shirt if you’re using heat transfer vinyl where you have to do the weeding
@StephenHosler20 күн бұрын
No one is doing this anymore. DTF is a better, cheaper option, even for one color designs.
@smeg855720 күн бұрын
@ I’ve tried that with super color and they told me it is not permanent. It will eventually wear off with washing.

@@smeg8557 feel will spend on the amount of coverage. Heavy solid areas do have a thicker feel.
@MasterScreenPrints13 күн бұрын
Actually, you charge for the vynle which if you are doing one design you charge for the full price of the 1 square foot, the shirt x 2 and that’s what you should charge. I would suggest using DTF, go to the supacolor website and mention my name that I sent you. I’m not affiliated but I want to be.

He gave me great service. He rearranged and reprinted so the designs were clear and easy to cut. How many is your minimum before you'll order from supacolor or FM?

Just a few tips, when dealing with the size of the design, make sure you resized the design and not the image size, unless the design is trimmed down to the edges. As well that you have the ratio of the width and height linked. For example at 12:26, you change the width to 10 inches wide, but you stretched it since the height didn't changed due to the fact that the width & height weren't linked. Also, you change the width of the document and not the design, since it wasn't trimmed. I for example like to get all my images as a png with no background. Than I deal with the sizes. It's a lot to learn, even myself I'm still trying to get the hang of it. The only thing I hate about DTF is making gang sheets. That's a real pain in the a$$, it's like a puzzle trying to get everything to fit inside a sheet and trying to avoid wasting space. Other than that, respect. Even for me, it took awhile to decide to start using halftones for DTF since I had no idea where to stat.
@MasterScreenPrintsАй бұрын
Yes, I made some images smaller since I wanted to fit it in a small sheet. I needed it to be in a bigger sheet. I want to do it for a canopy soon.

Hi I saw your videos and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after analysis, I noticed there needs to be improvement for getting more views and subscribers. You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also, I will show the problem in your video and share how to fix it Only say 'yes' if you want to grow your channel

Hmmm ... It depends man. If they hit me up Sunday through Thursday, I can't do it. This is a side gig. Even then, if it is a graphic that I have and can do with HTV, that shouldn't be a problem. If they are from transfers I did before, I would have a few saved so I could pump that out if I can get a blank. Then it depends on the blank. That's why I love transfers and htv. If you have the shirt and the transfer or HTV, it's simple.

I know right, a customer hit me up Saturday and wanted it for Sunday. I hate saying no but I told them I can’t do it it will be for Tuesday the earliest. She said thank you and disconnect the call. ☎️ I do have transfers from Ivery but they are not good quality.
