I'm gonna be honest here "Help!" is my personal favorite song by The Beatles

From what I’ve seen , Paul is the type you can call a hopeless romantic 💘 he falls hard and fast with any girl he sees, but panics when it’s the opposite.

funny that they are poking fun at french/european high fashion since that’s exactly inspired the beatles look to begin with lol. unintentionally funny

We are privileged to hear this take. It was never released and I actually prefer it. It's more yearning and artistic. Ringo's is boppy and commercial. Both are great but either way, George produced both.

This is just a great example I think of George's musical ability to just suit the song. This song fits Ringo's voice perfectly, and he could have gone heavier on his parts but he had way more restraint than any other rocker of his era. Doing just enough to fit the song.

One of my fav George is. "I Only Want To Dance With You" Underated song writer.
If this is George's demo before giving the song to Ringo, then everybody in the studio must have known it would have been written by George. The background singers and instruments all sound the same as Ringo's version. Missing are the horns.
@cpgadvisory4 жыл бұрын
I have no doubt George wrote the song, probably in its entirety. But I still like the Ringo version better.

He gave the song to Ringo. He's be pissed off to see his name on this. He would have said "this is Ringos' song" before he played it.
