कुछ साल पहले जनरल 52 -53% नंबर लाने पर नेट क्वालिफाइड हो जा रहे थे लेकिन अब 60% नंबर लाने पर भी उम्मीद कम ही होती है। ugc ने अपना लेवल गिरा दिया या पढ़ने वाले बच्चे अधिक हो गए जो मेरिट इतनी हाई जाने लगी?
