Very informative video Donna, thank you very much for sharing this 😊 I use my overlocker a lot less than my sewing machine and feel less confident adjusting it. I’d say my “green” thread can be a bit loopy but after watching this I’ll definitely have a go at trying to sort it. Should I be adjusting the “blue” thread in order to correct the “green” one?
@donna14127 күн бұрын
Thank you Claire - if your blue thread is very loopy I would try increasing the tension a little on both first and see how it improves. Then you could try the green a little more and vice versa. You will begin to see where your particular machine likes to be - mine is between 4 and 5 on each. I hope this helps. 😊 x

Thank you Donna , really enjoyed the viewing. Some useful advice on the sewing machines, as I was considering buying a new machine as my 30 year old singer is playing up, but might now get it serviced first.

Thank you Janis - it’s definitely worth keeping hold of your older machines. They are usually much more sturdy and reliable. Glad you found the tour useful. 😊 x
