A bateria me decepcionou um pouco, no geral por nao ser o Set completo do Mangini, e especialmente nesta musica nao houve muita entrega da parte dele.

James Labrie's voice has declined so bad
@Behemoth66Ай бұрын
People are being stupid and over critical about James here. This is live and not the best cameras . He actually sounds great aside from a few miscues which will happen after being on tour for a while. What is most disappointing here is Mangini’s drum sound and how he plays this song here. So much missing, no heart or feel, sounds so bland

I am completely hypnotised by this track .... I can not come out of this. . They are not a band only. They are a Theatre.DREAM THEATRE. yes. It's been my dream to see them live. Specially John Petrucci is the God for me.

I'm so grateful for Mangini to keep the band together for 13 years, but I am SOOO GLAD Portnoy is back!
@alfredopereira688427 күн бұрын
I never thought Mangini's drums had the punch needed. They always sounded to me too muted and lacked high harmonics. I don't know whether it is his playing or his skin selection, but either way it just wasn't the same.

According to CHATGtp: "The Count of Tuscany" by Dream Theater is a 19-minute epic that tells the story of a surreal, tense experience that guitarist John Petrucci had while visiting a noble's estate in Tuscany. The protagonist is invited to a mansion, but as the visit progresses, he becomes increasingly fearful that he might be in danger, imagining sinister possibilities. However, by the end, his fears are alleviated, revealing that the experience was misunderstood. The song explores themes of fear, misjudgment, and relief after anxiety" - I wonder what happened, what he saw or heard that he started to panic ^^ Wish I could know more details about this story, I am from Italy and a fan of Tuscany. Lived in a Tuscanian castle myself for a few weeks once.

In my opinion the lyrics are a big part of what makes this song memorable. The topic is unusual, not your typical, run of the mill love song.
