Cool Post in Adventureland is where you get Mickey Waffles. it's three mini ones, but they are good. Also try the churros near Casa de Coco, a Disney classic but not the foot long ones like the US parks.

I started watching your Norway vlogs as I'm planning trip on Iona myself May next year and found them really useful and I'm happy to see you liked Poland where I'm originally from :) If you decide to visit Krakow again in the future I'd definitely recommend Stained Glass Museum. Also, well done for good pronunciation of polish names! :D

Oh my goodness, that’s so organised doing laundry on your final sea day - guess if you have the long drive on the Saturday, even with disembarking at 9am, good to get ahead of the curve. I self disembarked on the Saturday - at 745am. Took the longest by a mile - because of th3 lifts. For some reason, there was a huge queue at lifts at front - I joined queue o; deck 15 at 747am, was still stood I;queue I; same place 25 minutes later. None of the lifts had any space for people with luggage or invalid carriages / wheelchairs etc. plus people o; lower decks calling lifts to go up in order to come back down…..eventually dragged my stuff to do the middle lifts - no queue, got down to deck six, and to exit in 5 minutes. But then the queue off was ridiculous. All in, it took me bang on an hour to get from cabin to kerbside on way home, previous times on arvia and Iona, doing same thing, took me 20 minutes from closing cabin door to getting to where taxi picked me up! Couldn’t agree more re lifts, people worked out you could make lift not stop at any other floors if yo7 pressed and held the button for floor you wanted. A boon if you’re on deck 6 and want deck 18. But people who wanted to get from deck 10 to deck 8 and went up in lift to go down because it was faster, then doing the holding the button down so it didn’t stop all way back down, lead to unnecessary queues for lifts.

Good honest review, thank you. We’ve only done 1 x cruise on Iona but I did compare prices against Marella and P&O appeared better value for us. I think like you, it depends on what you are looking for and what you will use. We don’t drink a lot so didn’t buy any drinks packages, however bought some cocktails and drinks just as and when we wanted them. Spent about £125 in total compared to almost £700 that the drinks package would have cost. Thanks again for your reviews and the whole series, enjoyed watching them.

Great video guys! I have done both marella and p&o, I loved Marella for the all-inclusive and friendly vibe! Also the staff and entertainment was so much better on Marella compared to P & O!... Plus like you say the towel animals are a bonus when you return to your cabin! The theater on the Marella is so much better, as you say, with drinks and, most importantly, somewhere to put your drink, unlike P&O, which had no tables or anywhere to put your drink in the theatre! Just booked another one on Marella Discovery 2 so super excited! - Kelly -

I always found the quays pretty good - better than the buffet at any rate, Itried the buffet three times (breakfast, lunch and supper) on iona, and a few times on arvia. Bland and tepid at best!
