Hellagur so low is a crime,along with an alter with an extremely great event being so low. The Gavial Alter event is one of the only good events writing wise because the writers didn't have the opportunity to make everything more convoluted then it actually has to be so. Hellagur is a Musha and the archetype is very cool. He has a cool design,very,very hot voice and tenacity talent is entertaining to watch. Obligatory S tier.

If memory serves, I got my first Nian on Chong's banner, and then bought Ling by getting 200 rolls. Then I got pot 5 Shu and bought Dusk on the recent banner. I started shortly before Specter alter so I missed most of the limiteds but after rolling a fortune I finally have them all.

Congrats man! I managed to get Dusk on Chongyue's banner after I had given up by using a free pull, which was my 91st pull. She's my favorite character and I use her on every stage that she can be used in. Edit: I currently have Chongyue, Dusk, and Shu, 2 siblings to go

I didn’t have enough pulls saved for her and didn’t want to risk it and due to the upcoming limiteds (collab, rerun collab, and most importantly w-alter) I literally couldn’t spare a single pull but when she gets back I’ll be sure to save 300 pulls for her lol, Dusk’s design is so amazing I don’t care if she’s just Ok as a operator
