How many sets and is this in the am?
@ironcityphysicaltherapy34932 жыл бұрын
1 set of 20 is a good place to start. Working this in in the morning can be useful if you feel stiff. Some people may benefit from doing this a few times throughout the day.

If your shoulder pressing with pain your doing something seriously wrong. Standing shoulder press behind front and back combined with lat dumbbell raises and shrugs gets you massive shoulders end of.Ive been training 16 years and it works. 8 sets of 20 with 30 seconds rest and tell me that your shoulders are not growing . This is pathetic this guy looks like he left his coat hanger in his coat. I had to comment on this because it seems hard training has disappeared.

Yup... I just landed on this channel. I was looking for Dumbbell shoulder workouts and after 3 days YT algorithm showed your BusDriver workout. It was impressive. But I did not know how frequently should someone do or for how many reps/sets. What is the diff between lat raise or front raise. Even with so many questions, I felt that video was new and I am gonna try it. Glanced through other videos, looks like the mic is kept far, the voice was low. (Old guys like me don't use headphones 😕, just phone speakers.)

For the light that wont turn off let the battery completely die and see if that resets the pod. Sometimes that works.

That issue with the last pod not turning off is likely a calibration issue. Try connecting that pod to the charger immediately once you realize it won't turn off and see if it works after that. Your pod that the pin fell out of has never happened to any of my 10 pods. Sorry to see that man. I'd certainly reach out to them. I've had decent luck -4 Year Blazepod user
@ironcityphysicaltherapy34932 жыл бұрын
Thanks Zeke! I will give that a shot tomorrow. I am now down 3 out of 6 pods. 2 are missing pins and 1 will turn on and off via bluetooth but it won't respond to being hit. I am glad your experience is better because 50% of the product failing in under 2 years is not great.
@coachbailes62902 жыл бұрын
@@ironcityphysicaltherapy3493 Just out of curiosity on the pins falling off... because I've just never seen that and it makes me more cautious now (since you're really having issues with it...) Is there any specific activity where you notice afterward that the pins are missing? Is there anything (carpet / rug / raised fiber based flooring, sticky materials) that they could be getting caught in and pulled out while being tapped (I don't see anything in your videos, just curious)? Could it be that they are being pressed onto the charger and not set on it (unlikely)? Do you encourage clients to "hit / smack" or "step on" the light or do you say "tap it"? (Shouldn't be the issue but I guess force could do it) I'm partnered with Blazepod so the pins issue is something I'd want to bring up to them as well to see if they've experienced it and if there's a solution? -zeke bailes (signed into other KZbin account accidentally)
@ironcityphysicaltherapy34932 жыл бұрын
@@coachbailes6290 We use them daily so they do get heavy use on both rubber gym flooring and commercial carpet. They are hit firmly but never stood on. My best guess as to when the pins fell out is after the pods were in transit in the mesh bag that they came with. They are stored in that bag and then put into a backpack a couple of times per week on the way to another gym.

Appreciate you taking the time to answer my question and following up w/ a video for anyone else wondering the same thing. My strategy after hearing your experience w/ Blazepods is use them everyday as much as I can w/ clients and personally so if they go down it’ll be in the 12 month warranty period. I absolutely love them lots of fun but they are too expensive to buy every year

Do you still use pods a year later?

I use them often but I should probably post an update video. On one of the pods a pin fell out so it is now useless and there are very often glitches where a light won't respond. The pods are great when when are working well and my clients love them but the reliability is fairly poor.
