Hard to follow along in the tutorial. I have more questions then answered.

There are so many different versions of Teams and there are so many customizable that I have no idea where you are on this. How about starting from a new install, like we have, not one that has been used for months. Our Teams windows do not look like your windows in Teams. You are clicking on things I do not see. Thanks for the video though.

not having a chat w/ a channel seems incorrect

Is there a way for the employees to see everyone else's schedule? I manage a veterinary hospital and the scheduling program we use now shows everyone the full schedule. We really rely on that so we know who is assigned to which doctor or surgery.

This was brilliant! I just decided to start using a project manager, someone recommended Planner and I did a KZbin search, found your first one and then decided to go to the Teams version here. I love how you explained it so well. I thought of a nice way to input lengthy and wordy tasks without typing a long time. Our voicemail transcribes them and emails them to us. We can call each other's extension in our office, read the transcription (which is often error-ridden) and flag the email and it sends it to Planner.

Could you please do a video about reports , which could be extracted from Shifts?

EXCELLENT JOB of explaining

This is useless for someone who simply wants to join a Teams meeting on their laptop. Dives right into stuff I don't know or care about. I just want to join a meeting that I have been invited to. I got new verification prompts that were very hard to understand or replicate, and then ended up in the meeting but totally unable to unmute my mic or camera.

When creating a SharePoint Site, I want it to create the teams channel at the same time. I went to settings under SharePoint Admin and selected site creation, and I set mysite creation to /teams/. So when I create my site I still do not see teams integration in my display of sites.

I'm enjoying your series. I have a question and I hope you are monitoring comments. I have OneDrive synced between two computers. I usually edit on the home computer and then sometimes check files on the laptop. What happened to me yesterday was, I opened the laptop after at least a few weeks of it being off and I noticed the OneDrive app syncing and it said over 46,000 files and worked it's way down to zero or "Files are synced". This morning, I edited a couple of files, one being my household bills. After updating a few, I suddenly realized that some changes I had made the last time weren't there. How do I fix this issue since I have apparently edited an old version? I now wonder if there are a bunch of similar problems with other files being overwritten with older versions.

I wonder how many thousands of versions of Microsoft TEAMS are out there. For example, the version I have at work I can change a channel from private to public or shared where it can't be done in this video from 3 months ago, but I have connectors in my channel drop down menu and it says 'workflows' are coming. It's so frustrating watching these videos because it seems I can only ever do/access about half of what the video addresses.

You move too fast and you edit your pauses too much which makes your video seem very mechanical. Not sure why you do that. This is not really a good video for beginners. We can see how you are an expert, but when you are trying to teach somebody brand new, you shouldn’t just click and scroll and click and scroll and change windows etc.

Great video - thank you! I know that I am late to this video and TEAMS has changed, but how can I create a team from our groups in 365 that allows as users come to go, the TEAM is updated automatically and do not have to update manually?

For a more regular 9/5 shift and regular/consistent day off, is there a setting where we can enter it once and have it auto populate for the year? For example someone who works a 9/80 shift has a regular day off the same day every other week..

Can external users see the Communication site? For example, a group of volunteers that need access to training materials, videos and docs, but they do not have internal email addresses to our organization.

is there a difference between the free version and what you have? How on the free version do you share a file for all in a group?
