Great Video, thanks. Back in 2003 I did this in a 2WD Citroen Xantia!! I remember going over a step and from that point on I was committed to carrying on in the same direction as there was NO way I was getting back up it. Got a strange look from the farmer at the end of the track as I drove out through his yard. Great fun (if a little stupid!!)

Drive it like it hot brother. She's a keeper and will look after you. Legendary Hiace. Here in oz it's not uncommon for them to run past 1million km's if servied when needed.

@david ravenscroft. I concure dave, i went out to BATUS a few years back and they asked me if i wanted either a Ley Daf or a Bedford........................the Leydaf didnt deploy with me. I black nastied the rear windows, removed the rifleclamps and made a makeshift curtain out of hessian and bungee cord that went across the cab and slept on the back shelf. Did the job for 7 weeks. Had to re instate it to its original condition when it came to handing back to workshops. On the the whole always a bedford hands down

This demountable is now in the graveyard in the sky, water ingress, rotted to it's core. If you are thinking of buying one, DON'T. They're made of nothing, flimsy crappy marine ply, poor workmanship and not worth the money, stick a wendy house on top of you're truck and save $$$$$'s....

the front part of the Deli is indeed low, what a pity. Mine has got 31 inch tires and 2 cm spacers in front and yet it hits even small stones with that low front end of hers :(
