Women have lighter bones, more flexible, so as to better support a developing fetus as their body changes. Men have stronger, heavier bones so as to support more heavy potential muscle mass. It's just the wisdom and balance of nature. This another reason you see women dance with more grace than men, the swinging of the hips, the Hawaiian dance.

Process of exploratory coaching How to help them with a dilemma 1 Consider what they want to accomplish, Set the tone early by telling them the goal of the conversation 2 Figure out, What is the current situation like? Here's where I am, Here's where I want to be. Here's the gap. How do I get there? 3 Discovery phase: let them do 90% of the talk, Asking greatest hits of open ended questions Let them talk themselves into a solution 4 Identify the choices. What are three things you can do? 5 Coachee needs to pick one choice and own it 6 Recap and Commit. Ask what will you have shown me when we meet again next month? The less you talk the smarter you will look as a coach Thank you Malcolm
@hamidrezadehanvi23653 жыл бұрын
1 tell me more about that (coachee starts to open up so you can listen carefully ) 2 What happened when you tried that? ( Gives you more information on what they have already done ) 3 How do you feel about that? ( The emotion that comes may help you identify the issue ) 4 How is that working for you? ( Designed to make coachees reflect or reconsider their own complicated decisions and take the ownership of what's going on ) 5 What would perfect look like? ( Brings coachee out of low vibration and expands the coachee's mind ) 6 What's one thing you could do to make that happen? 7 How can that happen? 8 What would happen if you tried this? 9 Have you ever thought about this? 10 May I offer you a suggestion? Don't say: if I were you I would do this, instead ask question 9 Remember: They have to own whatever decision they make and they will only own it if they created it so the questions you ask helps them find their own solution with clarity because they do all the talking

From what I have learned about coaching, you must never offer suggestions or recommendations. If you do, then it’s your agenda coming (judgement) through thus you’re not standing in the clients greatness. Also, suggestions offered are unlikely to be executed by the client. Rather coach them into finding the answers themselves
@vkurtisw3 жыл бұрын
You can most definitely offer suggestions, as long as you're not a bad coach. Two minds can do a lot more thinking than one. It is good to hear professional recommendations. A client having an ego problem is a whole other deal

Empathy isn't always a positive trait. People with too much empathy get bogged down by emotional stress during a time of crises which leads to high levels of anxiety. This heightened anxiety makes them combat ineffective. To prove this women are TWICE as likely to suffer from anxiety disorder which leads to them suffering from depression at TWICE the rate of men. This causes a majority of women to be unable to triage situations correctly or address life or death situations with a sound mind during stressful moments and when finding a solution is greater than that of the cost of life. Basically.....most women tend to suck at self-sacrifice......NOW THIS ISN'T A BAD THING because women are great caregivers and provide outstanding emotional support but there's a time and place for that. Saying it's superior all the time is idiotic.

What if your boss is the CEO's son? Smart guy when it comes to computers, but je can't manage a group of really anything that well. If I bust my hump and try to stand out, it will never do me any good because my boss was really only hired in that role because his father. He never really earned the title he was given. He make a great engineer, but management, definitely not.
