I used to regularly workout since 2021, and I don't have any before after photos to know how I did, but I always felt very confident, productive, and strong when I did these workouts. This year in July, I left home, it was hard so I couldn't workout, but this month I thought I'd start once again because not working out has made me very lazy and unfit. I get a lot of cardio done as my room is one the top floor and we have no lifts, and I have to walk around the entire day a lot, but when it came to and, I wasn't doing much. This used to be easy for me, not muscles hurt after doing this, but I feel good, like I've returned home...

Back then in 2020 I wasn’t able to do any workouts of those and just gave up for years lol 😅 Now in 2024 I started new journey for 4 months and now this video is really nice workout to me I can do it without stop the video Keep going guys💯

You're the reason that even after 4 years I'm working out.....I started during lockdown and there's no turning back.....Yesy weight do fluctuate as at times I get careless with my eating habits but your app is a saviour.....
