A craft foam o-ring gasket to go between the bottles mouth and the cap is a much more reliable solution. The threads of the bottle and the threads of the cap have many more areas to have failure in. It's best to keep the two surfaces of the needed seal as simple of a design as possible.

Good suggestion. I did not look into o-rings due to the small surface area. Thank you for sharing.

@DiTuroProductions3 күн бұрын
Practically all foods are man-made. Some are healthier than others. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower provide many nutrients including anti-cancer. But, some people cannot eat them due to indigestible sugars that cause painful gas and bloating.

Good information about MAGA and it is just a slogan for sure Now we have geo-engineered hurricanes bringing huge amounts of destruction wreaking havoc just so we don't get too comfortable in our lives and the disastrous mega storms killing thousands of people and leaving families homeless or being drowned. It just sickens me. Everything is a diversion as to what is actually going on😢 There won't be much left on the west coast of Florida after Milton rages through...we live in a mad mad world of politics...whose the real Boss pray tell? Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Representative government is supposed to benefit all not a small minority that grow wealthier every year. The millionaires and billionaires in Congress cater to their kind who fund their political careers and lifestyle. Many voters prefer slogans to accomplishments.

Around 2108 I needed to replace the furnace in my house I got a price on a new unit and it was going to be $750. I decided not to replace it at that time so I waited a year. In the meanwhile Trump enacted his steel tarriffs and the price of steel went up 41%. When I went to get the furnace the following year the price was now $1100.

Dysfunctional voters happen when people vote for politicians who promise those voters “free” stuff… Paid for by the voters… particularly when the promised paying voters happen to be part of a group that the voters who want stuff are not part of… You may have heard the phrases “rich pay their fair share“… It’s always you in the end who get the bill, no matter who you are
@DiTuroProductions13 күн бұрын
You are partially correct. Nothing in life is free, and people should not expect a free ride. There are also people who want low or no taxes and expect high quality education, healthcare, infrastructure, and more. And politicians who care more about their benefactors than their constituency. What he forgot to mention is there are different forms of copper and meat has the best bioavaivable and easily absorbable form of copper. Even if beans give u 105% of u daily needs only a fraction of those percentages get absorbed. Meat is a superfood ;)
@DiTuroProductions17 күн бұрын
Currently, there is no reliable evidence supporting your comment. There does appear to be a link between the amount of copper per meal and copper absorption. Meat is a good source of protein and other nutrients but not copper.

It depends on why your blood potassium is high. It can be due to a blood sample not processed correctly to kidney disease. Your doctor must run more tests to determine the cause and then recommend treatment options.

Those people eat what grows locally and leafy greens is a common locally grown food. The same with a Mediterranean diet my parents ate. Both lived into their eighties and were rarely ill.

BTW, i can vouch that at least in my case, if I get 5G (4,700 MG technically) of potassium per day and limit my salt to less than half of the recommended daily allowance and walk/run/exercise daily that my BP is in the high green zone and if i don't or reverse it my BP can get sky high. I am really trying to keep it in the green zone so i can stay off BP medicine.

I have had low iron ( ferritin levels) for a few years now. I’ve been taking iron supplements and trying to eat an iron rich diet although I don’t want to eat beef. Doctors believe the anemia results in invisible but steady blood loss due to a hiatal hernia. The pills plus diet help me to keep my ferritin to an acceptable level medical level according to doctors but i believe its not enough because I’m always tired and get out of breath climbing stairs. I’ve had a few iron infusions and I felt great afterwards but now the doctors won’t agree to it because my levels are not in the anemic level yet. I also feel that the hernia blocks some of the iron rich food to get absorbed. Frustrating Thanks for the tips.
@DiTuroProductionsАй бұрын
Eating an iron rich diet may help if low ferritin is causing iron deficiency anemia. The fact you feel tired and out of breath without being anemic could indicate a blood, respiratory or heart condition. If you have not done so already, consider seeing a hematologist, cardiologist or pulmonologist. Thank you for sharing your experience. I hope you feel better soon.

After watching literally hundreds of videos on high oxalate foods I am yet to see broccoli on any list!
@DiTuroProductionsАй бұрын
The amount of oxalate in a food depends on serving size. Some websites claim cooked broccoli is low oxalate (9 to 15 mg per 100 g). Others simply claim it is high oxalate. 100 g of cooked spinach has over 500 mg. If the 9 to 15 mg values are accurate, broccoli is very low oxalate. Thank you for your comment.
