Is it true situation? My son and his school stayed there at feb 4th, 2024, they experienced spooky things at 11 and 14 floor

This is as real as it gets, however we are not denying to any experience they might have had. Its a big hotel and service levels depends on how busy the hotel is , how the staff is dealing with guests at that time and many more factors
