Bruh!! This is awesome!! We have a leak from the tub and couldn’t access it. Our plumber said he wouldn’t touch it without an access panel. So I’m getting to work!! Thanks so much!!

Hey Bob, thanks for posting this retrofitting bathroom vanity and replacing it with quartz countertop. This did the trick, also have backsplashes for rear and sides so it covers up the hole in the drywall.

Here in florida i am thinking its best to let the horizontal rails and vert slats blow out rather than have the posts snap at the ground .. I was able to snap everything back in very easily with having to repair the posts , thinking if i screwed and secured everything nothing would have given... in PA .. yea securing is a good idea .. good video

Were you attempting to distract from the fact you don't know what you're doing installing a gable vent with the tedious ladder safety briefing? The vent you installed is too small for the pre-existing hole cut in the siding. You either replace the siding to close that enormous gap or you get a vent larger than the pre-existing hole. Then you cut the siding to accommodate the new larger vent.

Thanks Bob, This wasn't the solution I was expecting, but I like how this should be completely waterproof. If I do this in the future, I might do a grouted silicone, which would match texture and comes in a number of shades.

I recently had my car repossessed by ally a few days ago as well! I get it, I don’t own the vehicle yet & I should be making my payments! But recently I fell short financially & had plans on paying them when things got better as I had a job interview this week as well & would of got caught up in a month or two but them repossessing the car wasn’t the issue… it was how they did it with no remorse. They didn’t give me an option to make payments or nothing! They want me to pay $2,451 all in one swipe to get my vehicle back or they sell it by October 4th 2024! I can’t pay rent anymore this coming month & may get evicted if I can’t work something out with my landlord, I sold everything of value I own! It’s painful waking up to this! They’re trying to ruin my life! Life happens & I understand you gotta pay your bills, but to repo my vehicle with no payment options or no way to work with me is pure evil! To want the account down to $0 is horrible & I’ll forever hate them for this! Anytime I ever see a repo tow truck I’m making it my duty to flatten their tires & put sugar in their tank!

Do you know what I do? I use a putty knife. I stuck it between the framing and the vent to locate the fasteners. Then I set the blade on the screw/nail and I hit it with my hammer (to break it). Or I'll remove the louvers and go from there. Sometimes the trim will come off, with exposes the fasteners

I have a lawsuit starting now with Ally. I had a truck loan for 75 payments that I tried to pay off early, but they would not let me pay off only the principal. They wanted me to pay the entire price of the contract. When I came upon my 75th payment there was still a balance of over $3500, when my last payment should’ve been $700 as per our contract. When I questioned them, they could not give me any answers as to why I owed the 3500 and they would not answer how much of the $700 payment would be applied towards the principal. By my estimation, I could have paid another 25 payments as I would only be chipping away at the remaining $3500 because of what they deemed necessary to apply towards the principal I let them know that I would pay this $3500 today, And I would have to sue them for the remainder of the overpaid balance. They are not budging so here is where we are. My advice would be to run as fast as you can away from that company. I will be posting the outcome of my situation, and I will be putting them on blast.

Great video. I purchased a new basket hub online and installed it using the exact methods you displayed. Two cycles later, the hub was free spinning again. I realized the splines on the shaft were also worn due to age and use. The nylon hub wasn't the issue, but the shaft was. QUICK FIX- if this were a relatively new washer I wouldn't suggest this fix. My washer is 10+ years old and I thought what the heck? This fix has absolutely fixed all issues but once you do it, you will not be able to reverse the repair. ok. pull the cap off the agitator base. 7/16" socket to pull the bolt out of base. rope, cord, pulley or any other method you need to pull the agitator base out of the drum. phillips screws for the basket hub. Once you have everything removed, take dishwasher liquid and warm water on a tooth brush to clean the shaft (probably lots of grime and paste built up) once shaft is clean and dry, and the inner female hub of the agitator and hub basket are clean and dry, use golf shaft epoxy and coat all surfaces liberally and re-install. My washer is 7 weeks solid since this upgrade.

Ally Financial has been screwing people over for a long time. I hope this stock gets shorted down to nothing. when you trade on a margin account, but you had your own funds and they insist it was margin just to steal your money. That’s a scam. Thieves.

Have about the same setup , need to remove the a/c from the sleeve but mine is 220 volt hardwired on the outside of the sleeve that was done so the cord wouldn't show 35 years ago the Kenmore quit , the problem it's not budging maybe 35 years of dirt and rust is the culprit we ordered a new through the wall a/c
