I have made the original before and have found that it's always best to use cooled down brewed espresso, however to save some time you can simply incorporate instant coffee instead! Want an extra kick you say? Simply add some Kailua coffee liqueur to the mixture before baking! Bake as you would a loaf of bread for around 25/30 min@350*f, coat one side with either chocolate or vanilla. Of course I also incorporate the mixture with fruit or nuts during the manufacturing.
