@ honestly I never found the ray surfing too hard, the timer is so long you can just stop and perfect every turn and still have time

@cultclub2480 yeah the timer is honestly very forgiving. The controllers and my impatientness gets me killed not the game

@@Gleebaer I appreciate your curiosity, this video is a part 2, in part 1 I go through the basics and get dash, and a few other mechanics like fighting simple introduction bosses. (If you wanna watch it it's the second video on my channel) Each part of my hollow knight series will basically be a stream highlights (if I add that to the titles KZbin generally doesn't like it) and this happened to be the second stream (over in total 6 hours of footage usually somewhere between 2.5-3.5hrs per stream) so I have to make alot of cuts because I don't want to bore you with me running around not know where to go. I'm also trying to edit this game in a way where it just shows funny moments like old compilations. I miss old KZbin in the sense that it wasn't very hyper. This game is somewhat old and very well known, just specifically not to me idk what's happening and still kind of don't lol. So I edit it in a way where you just experience my confusion without having to watch parts that you have already seen many times. In short I got all the tutorial and abilities but nothing funny or intreseting happened while or during it. Other abilities I got in the last video and some of those sections don't make the cut. I'm glad you liked the video <3 Edit: wanted to add that even though it's stream highlights due to my schedule the only time I can record freely is during streams. I'm also trying to work on coming up with creative titles and thumbnails that summaries what happened that stream in a fun way

​​@Blueluigi456 oh I see. I thought this was part one because of the iconic falling animation at the start. 😅 My bad. But I always enjoy watching ppl play hollow knight for the first time and discover the Areas and the lore. But that, of course, gets rarer and rarer.

@@Gleebaer I like to use it because it's very cinematic so I'm gonna use it in each part to kind of unify all videos lol. Any of my reactions or "intense gameplay"(me dying to simple enemies also count) are included. Just sometimes my reaction is either to broken up to make the cut. Like throughout the entire part of me finding the city of tears I couldn't stop talking about the music and swimming animations but it was so sporadic and hard to condense into something watchable. In all honesty trying to learn how to express my ideas good for both stream and videos. Not tryna sell myself here but the first video expresses my first reaction of my game but I do express alot of things like in some future episode I find the arena and when I tell you I didn't realize the enemies falling from the sky already dead was because of it was so morbid to me 😭. Like when we find the guy who keeps taking about a true fight just dead on the ground is so fucked up Truth is besides a few Nintendo games here and their I haven't played many popular games.
