Hi!👋I’m new to your channel & I’m not subscribed to that many since I also have my own channels to work on but I like your channel🙂I am a lot like you, I’m like in level 4 of minimalism but want to be level 5 once I get my own tiny, beautiful & cozy place😍(never level 6-7, extreme minimalism🤪) I also consider myself a very creative person & I’ve been repairing/updating things in my home instead of spending money to buy new ones & when I really need to replace something I go to the thrift store first👌 You look a lot like a Mexican actriz named “Sandra Echeverría” By the way…Do you speak Spanish? Your name is telling me you must be Mexican or Latina Greetings from Seattle Washington👋

I agree with everything you said, I was kind of minimalist without knowing what that word meant but lately I’ve been into it & learning a lot more, specially after watching a documentary about it…I love your dining room & kitchen bar as well as your beautiful dresses you’re wearing, they’re lovely!😍😍😍👌

There are a few simple things that make life much more comfortable - nice rugs/bathmats, soft towels and comfy bedding. 🥰 I ❤that you share your past and emotional issues you've had. I'm a third generation hoarder and have to fight it constantly. It gets harder as I get older... divorce, kids grown, family members passed on, so there aren't gatherings like before, which helped to keep my home consistently in check. Your videos are teaching me to do it for me. What a concept. 😊

You hit the nail on the head with lack of self worth. Being an empty nester, I don't take care of myself or my home like I did when I had a family to take care of. This changed the way I look at things. Thank you. ❤

I'm not in my forever home and I thought for the longest time the same way and I didn't decorate it for a long time. But recently I have made it more comfortable for me. I'm a lot happier with it now.

My sister had a similar experience with her apartment. She felt guilty decorating, but I noticed she seemed so much happier when she finally did it. ☺️ A cozy space to come back to after a long day can make a big difference.

Hello! I noticed I have the same green quilt as you. You do not have to wait for your forever home to buy nice things for yourself. You should enjoy where you’re living. I think your rug is very beautiful and it looks very nice.

Thats OK! If they don't cause more stress in your life or if they make you happy, keep them. The point is to have the perfect balance for you. It sounds like they're not doing harm in your case.

I quite like how you presented the entire video. I recently turned 40 and I am feeling lonelier than ever because of the way and the speed with which I have lost so many friendships. As a youngster, I was someone who could make friends with people very easily, but as I grew older, I needed more stable friends and more mind match...as a result people started drifting away... sometimes it was me too. The point being, my life never had any devastating phases, but the small surgeries and acute bed ridden days of severe illness..they were all tended to by me and my husband in turns. It's been a point of thinking for long and now I realise that as much as I desire a great group of friends and wish to hang around during their thick and thin, it's really not in my hands any more.
@YesiIbarra17 күн бұрын
Great point. I’m not sure if this is other’s experience as well, but I find that making friends in adulthood is very different. It takes more effort to make/maintain friendships especially with how fast-paced everyone’s lives can be.

I cook all the time and still put in effort to keep my kitchen spotless and organized. Cleaning as you go definitely helps a lot! Otherwise, my house would spiral into a hoarders dungeon.

In order to have everlasting life you absolutely must trust in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation 💓 this means that saving repentance is turning from unbelief to belief. You either believe that Jesus paid your sin debt in full or you don't.

For me cash is free money and credit card is real money. And I feel more psychological pain spending from credit card. And in Russia it‘s so inconvenient to use cash. I want to order my groceries online or use a self service idk cash register (???) at the grocery store. And so on. I hardly remember things there it would be convenient to use cash in big cities in Russia. The cashiers don’t even have enough change most of the time

I've been watching KZbin long enough that I've figured out the "tricks". That said, I'm still human and I have to work harder to tell my brain, "this is curated, not reality". I simply do not want to have to work so hard, mentally, to counter the false messages from media. So, if a creator is just "too perfect" in their content or bombarding me with subtle messaging to overspend, I unsubscribe. One thing I find interesting is the comments section on KZbin. So, so many creators only allow comments that are 100% in agreement with their content. Even if someone's criticism is constructive, kind, or just questioning something, it's not shown to the rest of us. I've seen KZbinrs admit this. It gives the illusion that if you do not agree with something the creator said/did, there must be something wrong with your opinion. You are the only one who has a different opinion. I could give so many examples of this where this is very psychologically damaging. It requires incredible discernment and wisdom to understand the why? why? why? of what's being presented to us. 🇨🇦♥️

Oh wow, you dropped some gems with this comment. ✨ I think cancel culture and social media are very much related. You also make a great point of knowing when a channel/media outlet is too much for us to unsubscribe.

Refreshing video. 😊. When I watch videos where someone is waking up or walking in the front door, I do think about how that person has to set up the camera outside, then inside or waking up in the morning, then resetting the camera after they are up. And then major editing. It’s nice to hear this … it helps the audience realize that everything is not as comfortable or as easy as the videos portray. But once they are done, for us, the videos are so much fun to watch. 😊😊

When I got custody of my grandson he was a toddler. I'm a nurse, at the time i worked nights, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 week off. I would be exhausted the week I worked. My mom and my aunt would watch him and tell me to just leave him and go home to bed but I couldn't bc he would never be home so I brought him home and would just nap on the couch while he played with his toys. His social worker came once a month and every time he came toys would be everywhere...lots of toys. I'd apologize and he would say I love seeing all the toys out, that neans he's playing and he's happy!! So mama's, dont sweat over the toys 😊
