U can download any map of pak in png and for shapefile ..you can find it From Gadm or humanitarian Pak shp Etc

But these dem data are freely available but they are nest for small scale bcz there resolution is not too good...30m horizontal accuracy and 17m vertictal... Alos palsar has 12m accucuracy.. But you know that water can change its direction even from a from few centemeter change... So...tyese data set are nest for large areas ....

You can create your own dem from gps but...for this you have to do a best survey and collect xyz from every where like from a top or on the both side of ridge and the way of drain the height of peak its too tricky...
