Every time I go to the eye doctor, this is what I think of and it’s so hard not to laugh the entire time I’m there 😂😂.

Easily one of the best shows ever. The book was just so wild that it's hard to get it really clean along with everything else.

This dude sounds like Peter Cetera. Great job. Much better than the Jason Scheff version.

To my ears, this song always sounded like it belonged on Donald Fagen's 1982 solo album, "The Nightfly."

International Dan Collective co ordinated by Scott Sheriff from Nashville recorded The Second Arrangement in studio 6 months ago. It is on KZbin and is a simply superb rendition the best I have heard . It features Bill Schnee a Grammy winner from Aja as engineer and arranger, Michael Omartian a Steely Dan session player on piano and three great singers all taking turns at lead. Scott from TN Keys has to take a lot of credit. He is a super musician and an avid fan of Fagen and Becker. It’s a great pity they couldn’t get permission to release this version it’s that good.

Wow what a great cover! That guy singing is better than the guy Chicago has singing Peter's sings now. This is really good

I went in to see the optometrist this past weekend, and I learned they were familiar with this skit. The doctor's husband loved Brian Regan, as it was, and I managed to get a good laugh out of her when she put the device over my face to check my vision, going "ARE THESE MY GLASSES?"

At bare minimum this is top 2 versions of this song from its decade, and Steely Dan's 2011 performance is also top 2.

Jeez. Watching this makes me very emotional. I guess I'm just a hardcore brass nerd, but I feel like our culture lost something so special when Disney axed these guys and the other high quality entertainment it used to provide throughout the parks. What an excellent, committed performance. Such a novel, funky, and ultimately enriching concept this was. What I would give for a time machine to watch and listen to some of these performances.
