hi I did change of my car bmw 330e 2018 model , It has battery under bonnet called as auxillary, I have changed it but how do I registered this battery ? did you do that ?

You need to use a program like ISTA, bimmercode, etc to register it. If not the new battery will be charged at an increased voltage and will be damaged prematurely

I have done ISTA + Ans able to program or register main battery but it does not shows auxillary battery option to register? How to register auxiliary battery ? How do we get this option ?

Just do a search on ISTA+ for auxiliary battery and you will see it show up

Now I think after changing and registering auxiliary battery my car is less hesitate than before when it was EV to Engine. now I have another issues as white smoke coming from exhaust all the time. so loss of power and little bit hesitation is still remain when the car is between 800 RPM to 1500 RPM. Any thoughts ? can you help me to guide to sort the issue please?

Try clearing the code and driving it again. If it comes back immediately then there is an issue, you're just not aware of it. If it doesn't come back soon then it can be a random stored code so don't stress

No, you are not in contact with the high voltage system. This is similar to a regular vehicle

Yes battery registration need to be done after battery replacement. I use ISTA to do the registration. You can check a shop to do yours if you don't have a software to do such
