Try clearing the code and driving it again. If it comes back immediately then there is an issue, you're just not aware of it. If it doesn't come back soon then it can be a random stored code so don't stress

Yes battery registration need to be done after battery replacement. I use ISTA to do the registration. You can check a shop to do yours if you don't have a software to do such

Yes you leave the cap off so you can top up coolant if required.

If you don't bleed, there will be air pockets in the coolant system which will continuously throw codes and give you warning messages on your idrive

Yes 90AH battery. Be sure to get the new battery coded in after replacement or else the life of the new battery will be drastically reduced.
