Everyone says you have to get over it but a lot of the time people don't understand that is a process with ups and downs and it takes time. I love how realistic your video is <3 My tip for habit building is to make a weekly table where you can colour in days when you did or did not or tried to do something and pick just one thing you will really focus on for a month and other habits are more like optional. And it's really important to be still kind to yourself even if you don't do it every day <3

My finance of 4 years emotionally cheated on me and then left me when I tried to fix us. I’m two months through the break up, and I’ve found that I felt more hurt at the beginning and it’s getting better but so incrementally. The betrayal trauma be real, especially because she hooked up with him. I’ve heard through her family that she isn’t happy and is regretful, so that kinda helps, but I rather not feel hate towards her. I can’t believe how long this will last. I’ve got another 10 months of this?!
