It is good with the perspective of DHA in neighbourhood. Distance of this sector from interchange is around 6kms, all amenities are included in this sector, land is overall solid. Rest it totally depend upon society when will they start developing this sector.

Plot 85-50 k between elevation is constant at 1300ft. reserved plots yellow color waaly 1300 sy 1280 ft ki elevation py hain. phr plot 24-33 tk elevation 1290 ft than slight down to 1277ft at road 3 plot 23 sy 1 waali side py jaayen tu elevation increase kr rhi hai gradually from 1277-1310 ft. Overall ye sector baaqi blocks k comparison main lower side py hai. Amenities ya DHA sy closness py best hai.

@@tanveerahmed3462 Well I have mentioned in my all videos that I personally won’t prefer this kind of plot which is near to any stream, as there is an element of filling around the streams, keeping in view this point plus the actual view of stream whenever you will approach anyone to sell your plot they will raise this point and your plot will be devalued. I have checked the elevation around this area, the area need lot more filling due to lower elevation as compare to other plots nearby. I hope the management will bring it to level while developing the area.

It is actually the lowest point of the hill from where the sector F begins. All plots at road 10 are between the elevation of 1630-1640 ft elevation, specifically your plot is at 1636ft, the elevation increases upward to 1700 ft following the street 10 around plot 14/15. Overall location wise your plot is located at best place as each amenity and access from 400ft road is nearby.

@ thanks you for your reply , yes your right its at 1635ft but i think sector f is higher than other sectors anyway, yeah good location and corner plot hopefully they level the ground equally. Also the house will be facing the murat hills another reason why i chose the plot. All other plots were gone before i even had a choice. So not had much choice for 12 marla.

@@SaidAli-vj6xn If you are talking about balloting, Selection is already started from 24th Oct for Slab 1 members, Now a days members having slab 2 acknowledgement slip are selecting their plots. Members of Slab 3 and 4 will choose till the end of this month and General ballot will held in 7th of December (Tentative)

I will recommend the plots (1-22) in street 6 & plot (2-18) of sector B overseas west, as they matches every perspective, elevation, accesability and other amenities like school, masjid,park and commercials are nearby, or kanals in street 4 of sector C (54-58). Rest totally depends upon your personal priority if you are good with masjid or school facing you can go with plot (35-39) Road 1 of sector C.

It is at the maximum elevation of street, from plot 35 the elevation is at 1360 ft and reaches to maximum level of 1420 ft at plot 14 and decreases to 1400 ft at plot 1

Lane 17 is quite longer street, I can tell you the maximum elevation which is 1450 near clinic and lowest elevation of 1376 ft near plot 216 which is of 5 marla. For detailed elevation profile of this street text me on whatsapp I will share the video of this specific street.

Road 4 in sector D of executive block is slopy area, from the starting point of road at plot 25 elevation is at 1346ft in the middle 1356ft and height of 1346 at the end of the road which is plot 44.

@ Overall the area is bumpy with lot of ups and downs. currently, starting from plot 103 the elevation is 1432ft and slightly decreases to 1429ft at your plot which upon moving forward in the street decreases to 1410 ft around plot 120 and started rising to 1438ft around plot 137-138. This kind of area will brought to level as this is not something we can say higher elevation
