I bound my zoom to right mouse button + scroll+/- so I can adjust zoom with mouse only and only when aiming. One downside is that you can't use walking speed on scroll with it but I didn't use it anyway. If you want to reset it without aiming then u can use old toggle zoom keybind.

Why do you use the CMS over the Surv kit? Just for an extra slot? I couldn't trade of the much better limb restoration or 15 uses of the surv kit

CMS is faster. And the HP difference isn’t worth the additional time when playing solo. If you notice, a lot of the best players don’t run the surv kit when playing solo, or if they do, then they’re already high enough level that their surgery skill is boosted to hell 😂😂
