Since Brutal Doom came out I found wads very boring. Otherwise, most of the wads from 2000-2010 contains smaller but creative maps.

Engineer only really teleports if his machinery has been tampered with (like the servers or elevator switches).

Sprinting does not instantly kill you in tower mode and custom mode, but its much harder than walking.
