The Natascha is the best minigun. Being able to constantly slow down your enemy with a rapid stream of bullets not only allows you to hit more shots meaning more damage but it also allows your team to secure more kills as your slowing down your opponents while your teammates behind you are delivering the powerful blows. (essentially almost negating the downside of a 25% damage penalty). this is why it was banned in comp. Comp players know how to take advantage of the Natascha's slow effect and when in a team setting it is VERY strong. The 30% spin up time is not bad, just rev a little earlier and you will be fine, you will get used to the spin up, and you got a 20% resistance when 50% hp and below which also allows you surpass certain damage thresholds.
