How do I get it to go faster?
@markc149316 күн бұрын
We got a 350 about 6 weeks ago and it’s been leaking out the bottom of the tank since day one. Customer support started a case and never followed up. I finally took it all apart and found the problem. Some special person in your production line sent one of the two screws in the tank area sideways and stripped out the hole they made. Then, they threw some caulking over the loose screw and sent it on its way. If the unit had been tested with a full tank, the leak would have been obvious. (fantastic idea to have two screws in an area that’ll be underwater). Anyways, I guess since you guys don’t follow up, we will have to fix it ourselves. Won’t buy another one.

Yeah. Bringing the hot air down from the ceiling into the workspace makes sense? No.

They're poorly made garbage. They aren't the be all end all they claim. It's swampy air being blown your way. These fans are $5000 and barely worth $450. Leaking and making banging scraping noises out of the box. I had to put a $200 hr tech on one just to make it functional enough that we didn't have to admit we got ripped off. The base leaks because their mold had imperfections and the fan ground into it's housing because the motor was off center. My tech used $.15 worth of washers to correct it. They could have done this before shipping and definitely before billing. Steer clear

Their floor mounted fans are a complete waste of money. Chinese products have better quality and even they worked as designed their claims are ludicrous
@vlxxx19 күн бұрын
They're garbage. We bought three and they were all defective. We did what we could to make them functional but even working correctly they're a waste of money. I would suggest just buying large cheap fans and pay attention to your venting and moving hot air out. Or buy a little fan and have your buddy spritz you with a spray bottle now and again. It's been a long time since I seen something so over hyped like this.

Lord knows how expensive these are. The $5000 floor fans we bought are essentially useless and were defective from day one. I can only imagine the disappointment over these
@vlxxx19 күн бұрын
Our company bought 3 of their big $5000 floor fans with the coolers and all 3 had problems. From water leaking out of the base to banging grinding noises when they run. They obviously spent way more time on the silly name and logo than they did on the product. And I would disagree with the claims of a 33deg reduction. You really believe a swamp cooler will take your shop from 100 to 67? That's absurd

It would be really useful if you could provide a general idea of how long the fans take to ship. Days, weeks, months?? I'm just trying to plan some remodeling and thought this video might be helpful - but not so much. I already know your fans are great, that's why I'd like to order one.

I used this video to unlock our fan at work. One extra step though, after pressing mode until I was back on first screen I had to hit the local rem key.

What would be the reason for the fan not to turn but the LEDs on both the wall control and fan directional switch is steady green? But the fan will not spin.

The bracket bolts are terribly designed. The fan should come with two small wrenches or fixed threaded rods. Please tell me how I was supposed to tighten this bolts with a pair of strippers and a screw driver. This Is a failure on big ass fans and made me look unprepared today while doing work for a customer. You conveniently skipped over the righting in this video because I think you know it’s a flaw in the design. Fix your design

Reverse in winter can help if your fan is on a very long downrod. Even then, it's still a good idea to have some still on downdraft if you have multiple fans on long downrods.
