Sure is! The Germans were going to move their capital to it, Wilhelmstahl, after the Kaiser. He visited in 1913, driving up the only "all weather road" in the country to the town.....The Lushoto lawns hotel from back then - used to be on a golf course. THIS is where man should live. Never too hot/cold. Qua heri, sasa!

I went to school a few miles from Lushoto. "Perpetual Spring". This is where MAN is supposed to live - 5,500ft up in the tropics. 65F to 75F; low humidity; 3 rains a year; old mountains; lush!
