The difference on how Justin and Josh want to be contacted is the difference between a man in the trenches running the thing and the man who raised it, set it up for success, and sent it out in the world. I think it's a 100% valid response from them both. Respect.

Laudable and Thankworthy on every level from those who can taste and/or feel the difference in what is taken in...also, in agreement with Andrew's narrative - that it is a pleasure to hear things never heard before (as well as getting a different perspective about the unfolding of Pasta Nostra)...and always eager for next visit!

My wife and I have heard Joe tell these stories in a gazillion different installments over the past 20 years, it's great to have it all assembled into a single narrative. Our regular visits to Pasta Nostra and Bruculino have been a unique highlight of our lives ever since we moved to Norwalk. As I watch and listen I am struck by two things, 1) there's a lot here I had not heard before, and 2) I am always eager for my next visit!

I don’t know the full story or its validity. But it’s great to hear someone testifying to the importance of making payroll. He’s putting in all this effort to make sure that his employees can eat and feed their families. IMO, this is the success of a man not how many material items he can accumulate.
