Who is this feature called? Is it possible to use a end mill for that job?
@OneCNCCADCAM2 жыл бұрын
Its called 4 axis full, you can use an endmill but the finish would not be as good.

I'm quite new to oneCNC and NC programming. I have a little problem. When machining multiple sides pockets etc which contain maybe 10 separate operations that have a tolerance. Once the part is machined and then you find that all of the tolerances are a little out. How do you go about changing that one tool data quickly and easily as I have found that you cannot change it on the machine console. I find that I have to go back into one CNC and change all of the same tool data individually on each operation. I am using Mill advantage XR7 and using a Hurco VM30I.

How do you machine the pocket then to just leave the fillet as the valley only puts the rad in?
@OneCNCCADCAM3 жыл бұрын
That is done by OneCNC's pocketing tool paths. There are other OneCNC tips showing pocketing methods.

Почему нельзя было отверстия сверлить и резать резьбу вначале с одной стороны, а потом вернуться по другой. Путь был бы немного короче, чем делать это зигзагом.

Does this apply to the lead in/lead out arcs as well? Our machines recognize a G02/G03 with Z so this would be very handy. Also, which version of OneCNC is this available with? Top level only or is this part of an update? We are on XR7 Professional 52.22.

WHY...do all these videos end with only one setup, what about side 2?
@robertqueberg46125 жыл бұрын
George Schmidt , Why? Because they wanted to show how good they were, before they started throwing them from the vise while finishing the back side. Quit while you’re ahead and yours has no extra holes in it. The guy grabs an air hose with no safety glasses. Maybe he was hit by a “Flying Washer”.
