They should replace that with a flange bearing diamond to quiet all that racket.

Love this beach... If you've experienced the sound of the waves retreating as the water filters back through those stones, you'll never forget it. 🌊❤

for 30 trains a day and me here one day in June from 8:00 am till 4 pm I bet I could see a decent amount.

When I was there last year, I read online that there was 40-50 trains per day (including locals) over this diamond. Unfortunately, that means that many of them will be at/over night... So 20-25 is a reasonable number if you were to camp out all day. Though, if you can stretch it to 8pm, I'd suggest it to get closer to that number. (Especially since there will still be plenty of daylight at 8pm in June.)

Nice video footage! Although it does look like you’re a little close to the tracks which is ok as long as you don’t get caught by the bull or local authorities.

Thanks. I honestly don't; I was in the area on business for a month & came here on my downtime. The few local railfans I ran into said it varies between 20-30 per day. On this particular day, I was there for 'only' 3 hours. Other days when I was there at roughly the same time of the day for ~2 hours, there were only 3 trains.
