you forgot to add the Chambord, makes it an absolute dead ringer for Skittles and is great as a drink to sip rather than shoot.

I live in Ecuador and can aquire mose things here but not sure on the liquid sugar, can you use regular sugar?
@CocktailRecipes
@CocktailRecipes 11 ай бұрын
It's just a mix of 50% sugar, 50% water. You can easily make it yourself. You could just delsove the sugar or just leave it out

This has been one of my favourite (and my mum's) for some years now, and I notice that many drink sites just stick to the ingredients and then "blend" or "mix" in the shotglass. Some say it is half and half too, which is fine if that's more a person's style. But I feel it's kind of ruined if the Bailey's isn't sitting on the top. Lol. Some older comments here were also asking about the name - I have heard over the years that the name *might* have been started as an Australian prank toward USA tourists. Bartenders basically waiting for an American tourist to having to order it by it's fullname to watch them blush or feel uncomfortable with the "C***sucking" part. Australian culture tends to casually use some "foul" words that it seems a lot of Americans don't like to use (I think some are even banned from their everyday television broadcasts). So to name a drink that has one of the more "taboo" seeming words, was probably some Aussie bartender's idea as a joke. There was probably some sort of bet going on about how many times they could get their tourist patron to say it, etc. I like to think it was some elaborate set-up by some bartender at their local pub going "aw yeah, mate...I can show you our popular drink...but I can't give it to you unless you order it by its proper name. Aussie Pub policy." The tourist orders...in probably a very embarassed fashion, then bartender goes into the backroom, high-fives his other shiftworkers and collects his winnings. Word spreads, local Aussies then tell other tourists that they have to try it...and especially lay it on thick to the potentional American ones before they arrive here, or after they arrive, and a "legendary" drink is born. We really just tend to like messing with tourists and making them either uncomfortable...or scared and wary of us. Lol. Though, we did lose a war against a bunch of actual birds, so...I dunno.
