Ive just bought one of these but tonight ive gone to srart it after 4 days but i tried a few time now i think the battery is dead, no kick start on these so is there anything i can purchase to charge the battery? (Might be a daft question but i know absolutely nothing about motors) thanks.

The fuel tank breather was blocked on my Golf Plus TDI which resulted in breakdown after about 10 mins (typically) driving. It woukdn't restart. Long story short, lift pump replaced but symotoms still remained. After yet another breakdown, the fuel filler cap was removed - sharp intake if air ! Reputedly access to the breather requires tank removal ?? Leaving the filler loose solved the problem !

My reverse is not working I've put a new switch which has power to it. I have no power to the fuse or the relays not sure what's wrong

BMW have a separate warranty on the suspension components, and it's way less generous than the rest of the bikes warranty. If you buy the extended warranty, don't assume it covers the suspension, get it in writing.

Great work!. I have retrofitted memory/massage seats in my car. Unfortunately, my passanger seat functions stopped to working after a while. It doesn’t even move. But driver seats functions are working partially. (I cannot open the seats menu in the mmi, but buttons works.) I checked the all fuses that and they are good. Any idea to where to start troubleshooting? I cannot even move or remove passenger seats :/ Is there a manual way to move that?

It's the computer I bought one and it was doing the same exact thing change the computer and your problem will be solved

Have you started it and let it idle until the fan comes on that resets the computer what ive been told

Hello I'm Glenn I have a 2005goldwing 1800 my stop/start switch went bad so I replace it ..but before I replace it I had neutral light and all other functions working on dash and bike but since I replace that switch nothing working on dash but oil light and clock and s light ..so I replace several things on bike including seliniod brake switch and checked all 20 relay with a relay tester all were good whats going on please help

watch them alternator pulleys as there a clutch and can seize as they only go one way people blame the tensioner but its normally the pully, if you need one take the cap off to get the part number its normally INA, there not that expensive but with a Vw box there allot more even getting the same INA part, mine was £24 for an INA pulley, at vw it was £164 for exactly the same part, it was for my seat leon mk1 arl Pd150 and it seems they were upgraded also, 40-70k is the life of them INA pulleys

Looking forward to this, I bought a 3.0i , same year as yours about 3 weeks ago, all I've done is polish it, clean and seal roof and put it in the garage over the winter, I've driven 100 miles in it and it is one of my most favorite cars I've ever bought! about 11 years ago I used to own a e46 m3 and this is just as much fun, raw and simple! , I'm not allowed a motorbike anymore (long story) so this is the next best thing! I'm going to stock pile parts over the winter such as breaks etc and get them fitted ready for summer top down fun.....

So looked at this follow up video , I have a BM 1100 gs and made a hitch to tow a small camping trailer so I could take my camping stuff with my pushbike on a solo trip to Norway last year. I always wanted to take a bike but also didn't want to load up the bike making it hard to move it and get on and off so all my stuff went into trailer , unfortunately every big bike doesn't have reverse , I'm well past retiring. my big bug bear. Pulling the trailer was not a problem so enjoy.
