Ben schwartz was in parks and rec, and he does look like joe keery they even did a video making fun of the theory that joe's character is the father of ben's character in parks and rec, though that wouldn't be a good explanation of how he turned out to look like henry winkler (who played ben's dad in parks and rec) in the future, they do in fact look alike.
