2019 was the year that I met Mick Fleetwood in a Melbourne hotel in Australia I will never forget that day and I was lucky to have my photo taken with him. Fond memories as the entire band was staying at the same hotel.

This was at the Greek in Los Angeles? This stadium is for rockstars on the 2nd leg of a year long tour in all the bigger arenas (they call the 2nd leg 'shedding' as if the arena is a shed compared to an amiptheater) what's weird is the sound...I know it's an amateur recording but, whomever is controling the soundboard is drunk or is this a rehearsal...is this a surprise guest because Stevie lives in LA? They sound alright but, Stevie and Tom aren't hearing each other's voice pitch through their ear...the soundboard guy usually help mix live to they can harmonize by hearing their own voice with the other singer in each ear...what I'm hearing is 2 rockstars singing a song that is only performed once in a blue moon and the players are strumming and picking away...and they aren't singing flat but their harmonies are way off. I worked with Stevie a few times...when it comes to duets and with her backup harmony singers she will pick an important part of the song to do her high note and then next either the duet other singer or one of the backup singers are brought forward by the soundboard guy and they take the highnotes...the other one or two backup singers are the "texture" singers...they can go up or down but, they bring out the gravity it Stevie's voice when she's live and on her records...I feel bad about Tom. Heaven help us everybody that meant something is dying all of a sudden. THAT is why Stevie hasn't stopped touring for over 10 years....take it from one of the few friends that drops in (me or her) and picks up where we always have been. Comfortable, trusting and loved. (and is musical...I sing)

Stevie would say stay at any age avoid sun bathing ,or if you must wear a big hat avoid much,) Eat healthy yes looking at her diet I noticed she went from the Atkins to Weight Watchers ,loosing the right & doable weight for her tiny frame. Five one” inches.I must say she’s looking better on this eating plan than such deprivation on the other had,I suppose) I’ve never had reason to diet,….I’m 62 slim I limit carbs meat but I balance”everything. I eat scarcely any sugar but I live in 🥶🥶Canada where it’s fall. now getting colder then rainy sim to Brit weather then the dreaded White snow! Pumpkin and I hibernate then realms of poetry. Of mine,flying off the pages! I’ve been fashionably inspired by Stevie too. Makeup slightly I heard back in the day before makeup artists she loved doing her own. The look? To look like Greta Garbo or Audrey Hebburn…..mysteriously gorge my heroine Since age 16 …… Plus you are still the most beautiful fairy spiritual adivsor and gives me advice what to pick to wear, We’re so connected . Ever since mum made. My first Stevie red skirt that was on.the record.sleeve flowing and twirling. Everones life has a story . Yours has been more than emotional. But with all those & downs , You made it forever in my life day I bought of Rumours” One very very very strong lady after surging shitting job syndrome. Surviving 2 drug addictionsl Losing a few dear friends in the music biz by drugs….. She may half had a drug messup again! Not my girl. She’s strong. I would have loved to have been there. Have watched this several times, and wondered if she was nervous, but she has performed at so many of these kind of events...... still and all. So many said her speech was loopy- not really- I mean, SHE is a little loopy, but it began and ended where it needed to. Thanks for posting!

Well deserved award! Others will argue that their band or singer is not there yet, they will. For us fans of this woman, we waited for so damn long for her to get here. She worked so hard throughout the decades. Highs and lows, Triumphs and tragedies, love and sorrow, all of it being a journey not just for her but for us also.
