Hey I have a question. I realize my ego might be showing through with this question, however I'm curious to know. Why are people playing attack speed or on hit tristana alot more then crit/lethality tristana? I see alot of people using new rune pages using things like pta or lethal for their keystone and not really hob anymore. I would understand if something like hob lethality trist isn't very consistent in gm/challenger as their isn't as many mistakes to capitalize on. But in the lower elos it would make alot more sense imo. I'm mostly asking out of curiosity, I used to main trist back in 2020-2022 and have been playing off and on since mid 2023. Never really got a high rank at all, but it used to be my favorite build and I honestly get upset watching most people play tristana, aside from you, you are awesome. But I mean stuff like ulting to try to pop their e and pushing a potential kill away or jumping into bad/weird positions. Whatever. If you have any insight, I'd love to hear it. Sorry for the ramble, just thought I'd ask and get this off my chest

Hello! I apologize for how late I am to seeing this comment but I'd love to fully answer it to the best of my abilty. If I am understanding your comment correctly, when you are talking about attack speed and on hit tristana you mean something like kraken slayer or Yun Tals. This playstyle is very attractive to most people because the build path and feel is much better than lethality, where you are slower at attacking and have to choose your trades more often. Lethality or collector or HOB is super game specific and requires quite a bit of tristana game knowledge, because if you misuse your abilities, you cannot auto-attack someone to death as you would a normal ADC (as easily, youre still an adc). These builds are important to look at contextually and decide wether one is better suited for the situation, I myself tend to take all 3 depending on the matchups. Attack speed is particualrly nice because farming is also about 2x easier mentally and mechanically when you have attack speed so of course this is attractive to people. It's the same for a lot of things like miss fortune, or varus, who have lethality builds (a little more prevalent but still lower played than their on hit counterparts). It just depends on game state and for you to know what gamestate its best in you need to be better at the game or better at the champ, and lower elos jsut prefer what they're comfortable in and even some high elo with what works for them so they stick to on hit or crit. A side thought coming from this conversation, instead of Tristana and attack speed vs lethality, we can also say the same thing about ADCs and Mages vs Conventional Marksmans. it's really just a lot about comfort, and preconceived ideas that everyone has that makes them stick to the more regular stuff. Well, thats my take on it at least. Hope I answered your question in my own way!

HIya. After the double kill was it an option to base instantly and not touch the wave? (Or just kill 1-2 casters).

I know I'm 11 months late (lol) to this but yeah that would've been better so you can contrast the wave as it's pushing in and crash with item advantage, vs then being able to thin it out as it's coming in and you fighting a freeze vs possible JG threat
