My Employment visa got cancelled after the entry, We did not do medical but we can check labour card details but its saying in icp that you need to leave country on the same day and mt employer said that i will get 1 month after cancelled but we did not get, So can we get new visit visa even if we are in uae?

Kindly note you would not get grace period on employment visa Cancellation after entry, grace period is for residence visa holders, if you didn't exit you must pay fine, regarding visit or tourist visa check with your local travel agent if they can process your visa inside because of rejection reasons of some nationalities, moreover before you submit tourist visa application your company WorkPermit /Labour card in MOHRE must be cancelled.

@@smart1971 Yes Labour card got cancelled and on icp service its showing that this is the last day of leaving the country otherwise you have to pay fine

Hey am currently changing jobs my old company has cancelled my visa and my new company is in process in the system it says FILE STATUS: Used and they have given me three months my question is what does it mean? Because my pro has not yet send me a visa and my grace period is almost over

@@peacemakertony6496 I think you are not checking your status as per sequence, used status is for tourist visa holders after entry in uae, if you already cancelled your visa and having grace period, 1 month to 6 months, as per skills category, follow grace period and change status within grace period.

@@peshangabubakr673 you will receive a peper by email after you entered data, take to embassy, submit passport along with paper payment at embassy after short interview, you will get visa.

Hey, Easy Smart Forms. I have facing a issue while applying. Like after completing all the details, and when i go to the "Confirm Applicant Details" page, therefore after reviewing my details it shows "Submit" instead of "Next" so i can complete my payment and get visa. So i applied 3 times and it came rejected due to submit button. I hope u reply soon.

Kindly note if you entered on a tourist visa or left after system will show used status, it means you completed the visit term, if you are on employment visa valid status show active.
