This technology is needed immediately in Spruce Pine, North Carolina, where the whole septic sewage plant was destroyed by hurricane Helene! You have the possibility to create a blueprint for how every city can help its people through this wonderful technology, but I can’t get a hold of anybody from your company! You are so needed and in so many ways and it could literally change the imprint and blueprint of how we rebuild cities throughout the world!

Interesting to hear how they tackling water infrastructure issues! Decentralized water treatment seems like a logical step, especially with those crazy water main break stats

Love how theyre differentiating between privatizing dirty water treatment vs. keeping fresh water public. Strikes a good balance between innovation and public responsibility

Didnt realize 90% of water demand is from industry and agriculture. Makes sense to focus on those sectors to ease pressure on city systems

What problem are you solving and who are you solving it for?
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
The problem? Businesses (who use 90% of the water) overwhelming the central facilities with all their untreated water, which lowers water quality for residential users and raises costs! The solution (for both the businesses and the residential users) is to enable the parties polluting the water to treat it onsite at point of use and recycle it, which takes load OFF the central facilities and opens the door to higher quality water at lowered costs for residential end-users

Water is a human right and trying to capitalize off of it is shitty
@jpbrooks23 ай бұрын
Nature doesn't furnish large amounts of clean water in every area of the world where it's needed. Therefore, work (often) needs to be done in order to deliver sufficiently clean water where it's needed. And work (normally) incurs costs which need to be paid for by someone. Not all resources are free. JPB

@jpbrooks23 ай бұрын
Perhaps we could "democratize" the purification and delivery of water to people who need it, by making participation in cooperative efforts toward those goals, mandatory for everybody in our society. In a society like that, everyone could get their fair share of clean water without having to pay someone for it. JPB
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
it's actually about businesses (who use and pollute 90% of the sater) recycling and conserving on freshwater use. The only thing we sell is equipment that enables them to do so
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
Very interesting idea! In the long run, it will probably come down to something like that. Our current position is to enable businesses to treat their own wastewater onsite and recycle it for secondary uses thereby reducing the demand on freshwater sources.

Privatising would be an awful idea. Water is a utility necessary to life and human wellness. If it becomes privatized, then companies can charge people even more than they already do just to survive. Normally I would not comment on a video like this to maybe hope it just gets buried in the algorithm and never seen again, but I have to say at least something here.
@sportenapfeltorten20955 ай бұрын
The person who made the video propably also thinks speculating on basic foodstuffs is a good thing. Its insane to me how people can think things like that.
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
We have no interest in privatizing municipal water and in fact believe that fresh water should be free to residential users. Businesses use (and pollute) 90% of the water. Shouldn't they be held responsible for treating it to a standard that enables recycling, or recycling it themselves?
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
We aren't interested in privatizing water - FAR FROM IT! We believe that water should be free to residential users. Businesses use (and pollute) 90% of the water then pass it on to the central facility to treat. So big water keeps raising their rates for residential users! Why shouldn't businesses treat and recycle their own water? Only 1% in the US currently do! If just 15% recycled their water it would more than double the supply of freshwater by conservation alone!

Ocean water stores 150X more Co2 than air and when combined with the minerals can produce cement and bricks for sustainable building materials besides valuable Carbon Trading credits and free desalinated ocean water as exhaust from generating H2 fueled electricity with help from @EirexTech the 5 year old Canadian company using “Energetic Cavitation Impact” that Prof Marc Ramsey of Vanderbilt University demonstrated 8 years ago.
@OriginClear2 ай бұрын
That's awesome! But who is going to finance it??? That's the problem with wastewater treatment equipment. Plenty of businesses and communities want to treat their wastewater, but the capital expense ranges from $100K to $500K in most cases, and larger systems can cost as much as $1M-$2M!!! That's why we created Water On Demand. It's like Solar City, only it's pay as you go, onsite wastewater treatment ande recycling
@leroyessel20102 ай бұрын
@@OriginClear Singapore recently invested $20M for making cement, bricks, hydrogen, Co2 Trading Credits from Ocean water is good start invented by Korean company I think.
