So glad I found this, thank you! I've had my machine for a while (it's been in storage for 3 years) and I couldn't find the instruction manual. Have to say I've learned more from this video than I would ever have done from the instruction booklet. You have truly inspired me to get better acquainted and have some fun with it. Sadly it never had the automatic button holer, so I'm on the hunt for one of them now (UK)

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've been looking for a tutorial for my Pfaff Expression 3.2 but there aren't any. This one comes very close so I followed the tutorial with my machine and suddenly my machine wasn't so complicated and incomprehensible as before. Finally I can enjoy using it more now

Thank you your tutorial was well done:) I learned a couple of things that I didn't know about the Machine. One thing I did not hear you mention when you used the C" Presser Foot for the button is once you completed sewing out that buttonhole - you can push the stop button and it will remember the same size buttonhole you first made. As long as you make them all before you change to another stitch or shut off the machine. Otherwise it will return to default. You were very thorough on your demonstration and easy to follow. I love this machine except when I use a twin needle. I go into settings for twin needle but the bottom tension is too tight. How can I loosen bobbin tension?

Will the downloading of the free Pfaff embroidery patterns work with Windows 10? I love the 2 videos for Creative Sensation Pro. I know I'm a little late to the game. I just moved and finally dug out my Pfaff machine. When I bought the machine, I didn't download any of the patterns offered by Pfaff. Having issues with the Pfaff dongle. But maybe there is a way to bypass that??

I have learned so much about a machine I have had for a few years. The shop course that I did wasn't as thorough as this and lasted all day! (Luckily free!) Thank you so much. I might enjoy using it more in future. Just need to buy some time and some brains.

Great video. I recommended it for my friend that just bought this machine. Please stop brand bashing. 5 mm lengh it not the longest in the industry. My Baby Lock Solaris 3 is longer. Plus, guess what? It has a help button, too.

Very precise instruction ,so it was easy deciphering

Looks like the weakest part of this machine is this ancient touch screen which is not sensitive enough. You have to press several times the same "back" button e.g. when selecting fabric settings. They should update the screen to color one with better resolution and sensitivity like e.g. Pfaff ambition 630 has. Otherwise this looks great machine. Don't know should I end up to Pfaff instead of this??? Anyway, great video!

This tutorial was great. I learned so much about my machine. Thank you. While cleaning the machine, I dropped the thread cutter into a little space under the needle plate, front right hand corner and can't remove it. Could you give me any instructions to take it apart to find the cutter please. It's not floating around in there so must be stuck. The machine still works perfectly.

Thank you for a great video! I have had 2 Designer1 machines and they both broke within a year of each other. Found a used Opal that didn’t come with anything except a B foot and this video was very helpful in helping me get acquainted with this machine.
