They don’t know how to hang a US flag vertically in OKC‽ Pathetic. Stars are *always* top left 🤦‍♂️ Don’t believe me? Google image search “US Congress floor” and take a good look at the flag. That’s the *only* way to display the US flag vertically

Un cinturón blanco NUNCA gana a cinturones negros, porque el cinturón mide la habilidad del luchador. Si el cinturón blanco gana al negro hay tres opciones: 1 el que viste cinturón blanco no es cinturón blanco, 2 el que viste cinturón negro no es cinturón negro o 3 ni el blanco es blanco ni el negro es negro. Yo obtuve el cinturón negro cuando tenía 20 años de edad, ahora mis habilidades son de cinturon blanco-amarillo.

I had hurt my wrist really badly the match before. If you watch the beginning I can’t grip his collar. I have to just go to a wrestling head tie. When I threw, after I bumped him down into his back, I think I had his arm pushed across his face and was squeezing that. So a really tight hold got tighter because his arm was across his face. He couldn’t breathe and probably panicked.

Ugg. That's a rough one. Green belts shouldn't lose to yellow belts. You two didn't look massively mismatched on weight (despite an and up division). Normally at those belt levels the goal should be to ensure you win cleanly without injuring your opponent. Still, hats off to your opponent... yellow belt got you pretty clean.
