WOW!! they sound even better then ever. Should have Mario do the demo. Herd some Mario in there. I do like the 22 ride better than the mega tho.

Great Demo. Great! I learned so much about these cymbals from your clear & accurate demo. I think the splash cymbal is best because I gig with Top 40 Cover Bands & small a Acoustic Jazz Trios. I need a cymbal that speaks quickly & gets out of the way of the rest of the music...similar to what a serious studio drummer might need.

HI- excellent drumming and demo- Personally- I am very impressed with the sounds I am hearing for the price point I am seeing. if you have a moment can you record one more quick demo with focus on rim shots ? There is a lot of online debate right now about Pork Pie's Rim Shot volume not really being there- ...well I have no idea- but after listening to this demo- I can see EVERYTHING else is there 7 stars to the Pork Pie for what it is- it is out of this World-

Copper is such an interesting sound. Dark and warmer than steel but also not as dry as aluminum

finalmente l'ho comprato, ottimo, va scelta la pelle battente giusta per evitare un suono troppo acuto da rullante metallico, ottima risposta. Soldi spesi bene, sulla mia Ludwig vintage champagne vintage è perfetto.

They all sound great, but I find the difference between the acrolite and the other two are much more substantial than between the supraphonic and the BB. As the tunings go up the differences go down to my ear.

Spoke too soon. I find the difference between the acrolite and the BB quite pronounced at high tuning as well.

I just bought a brand new LM-402. It came with a Ludwig coated “Heavy” head. I can’t get the “fat” sound at the beginning of the that he gets at the beginning of his 402 demo. My snare side head is tabletop tight. You guys think I should try loosening the bottom head? I thought the bottom head of a snare should always be super tight, but maybe I was told wrong. ALL of the snares in this video sound killer throughout ALL of their tuning ranges! Any help from anyone would be appreciated. Thx😁!!

I'm torn between getting this or a 8x14 black beauty. This is definitely much cheaper than a Black beauty

@@mattdeese298 I think you'll get a whoooole lot more mileage out of a Black Beauty

To this day, the Supraphonic is just the text-book sound, but that Black Beauty RIGHT behind it. But, they ALL sounded good. And, die-cast hoops (at least on top) make these sound so much better. What an excellent video….incredibly well done 2112.

I’ve seen very few drums where every single video I hear it in, it sounds absolutely spectacular. WOW.
@phillamoore15729 күн бұрын
This is the only drum I’ve seen in a LONG time that compares to the Yamaha brass piccolo’s circa ‘90 (i.e. Garibaldi signature) hence the TOP grooves that were played flawlessly,btw. For us funk aficionados, it’s tough to find a snare like that. This may be it…and at $375, it’s a STEAL. Great demo!

Finally a drum kit demo that actually demos the drums, in particular the toms and bass. So many other "DRUM SET DEMOS" are basically play along victims of canned music and overuse of the cymbals and hi hat. Kudos to this drummer and his demo of Pearls. Much respect sir! Pearl makes superb drums!
this kit sounds wonderful! Great playing, great tuning, very good mics and your room sounds fantastic. You could record a beginners kit in there and it would sound phenomenal :D
