Thanks for this very handy tip and so essential to grasp as early as possible. The longer I do this the more I realise just how important sound selection is. Makes sense to me why my first few tracks just sounded so amateur and muddy. Much love from South Africa bro.

You are very welcome. I am very glad that you understood this concept already really early on. 🎧 I agree it is the most important skill as a music producer. 🎵

Where you typing on Arturia the main serum lead notes I couldn’t see your hands? Get two camera views. or how you composed such complicated chord progression in five seconds? MIDI template from where? Please show everything in minute detail . Summit uses diva and nexus 4 for rolling pluck bass. Presets and proq3, Decapitaor. Your template will work with free fl studio? stock plugins and serum? What else software to buy needed? Splice subscription?

Thanks for your feedback DJ Statusss that is before hand and I wanted to cut the process out otherwhise it’s gonna take ages to watch the video. Very interesting. Oh wow! I didn’t know those things, but in the same time you can use all sorts of synths. My template will work with FL studio but if you wanna bring it to something in music production, I would recommend you to buy the full version of Fl Studio to not having to choose which plug-ins are available to be used and which ones not. It’s an investment to your music, production journey, and into yourself and I think every dollar spend is a good dollar invested. Also, in this template is the LFO Tool2 and also the Rbass which is an external saturation plug-in for bass sound.

Whats on your complete bus chain for your bass?
@DavidFritz77Ай бұрын
Starts with some saturation in the low frequencies below 200hz, then some sidechain compresion for the kick, then normal compression and as last some eq’ing 🎧

Can you just use the Pitcher Midside EQ preset to get similar results?
@DavidFritz77Ай бұрын
As long as there is an automation installed which is side-chaining the sound the other sound then that should be good as well. But try and test it! 💻

Indeed sounds way better but you're telling me this difference is just comes from the placement of the notes? (I'm new to this with just a lil knowledge who tryna learn to produce)
@DavidFritz772 ай бұрын
Yes the placement of the note has an impact on the energy and power of the sound. Especially bass sounds have sometimes more energy when you are moving in a certain note range. But you have to try and listen to it :)
