BE AWARE - Chiropractic adjustments most serious risk is damage to arteries in the NECK, such as the vertebral or carotid arteries, which can lead to a STROKE. This is rare but serious, with studies estimating an occurrence of 1 in 20,000 to 1 in 1 million adjustments.

This is the dumbest video I've ever seen. It's called adjustable for a reason. You would adjust it flat before going to sleep. This adjustable option is great for back pain and swollen feet (circulation)

I work in a fast paced barber shop n im starting to struggle with dizzy spells esp if I can’t eat or sit down for 15 minutes in a 10 hr shift. Never bothered me before but I do have spinal curvature n it helps to see my chiropractor. N I’m over 50 n for 29 years I could work all day n just drink coffee n water n I was good. But not anymore I literally have as embarrassed cause I felt like i was gonna pass out. I went to my car sat down n te something n that did help. Thanks for sharing Doctor 😊

I literally have to flick my fingers and slap my hands to get the life back into them, they had gone completely numb, felt like my whole hand and forearm was no longer a part of me, took me a while to get it back to normal, sadly this has become the norm for me now, i was wondering whether it could be one of the many ascension symptoms regarding spiritual enlightenment? After all, we are currently living through very strange times & nothing seems to surprise me anymore! Truth is stranger than fiction folks! 😂 I look forward to hearing from anybody out there going through similar , God bless you all ❤ much love

My chiro receptionist suggest this for my vagus nerve. I have slow motility since getting Covid 2 years ago. Gastro says the virus damaged the vagus nerve. If this is for inflammation, how does it work to reset the vagus nerve and only digestion? Of that even possible ?

At the midnight houer beginningn 1st September, i felt light headed as i came from the bathroom. I was alone in the house but managed to text a neighbour who came to my rescue. Breathing as difficult and i was rushed to the hospital. Everything checked revealed no problem, except for fibroids that had reoccured. After returning from the hospital, 5days later i felt light headed with shortagebof breath again. For some reason, i was advised to boost my iron levels and i have been striving to do to, but up to now, i feel in light headed fot most of the time, such that i do most of my domestic chores whioe seated (laundry, washijg dishes, cooking, etc). Also, I find moving upslope so challenging that i move about 2 metres and rest, breathing so heavily before i continue. I fee no pain, but the light headedness is so uncomfortable since i was used to being so active. 6 days ago, i got a short broom to try to sweep a small space infront of my house and because i had to bend, i felt the lightheadedness again even if i was better earlier. So i rested lying on the floor, but breathing was so hard for a while and i was sweating and feeling like my hands and feet were cold. It lasted for about half an hour or so then i felt better but still very light headed till yesterday. Today, i feel normal when i sit but when i stand for long I feel soblight headed. I dont know what to suspect...everything else is normal.

This is very educative, thanks. I fell from a motor bike and hit my head on the floor 12years ago. Had a blood clot that i spit from my nose for almost 3 weeks but eventually stopped that year. Presently, i do have nerve pains on my face which come and go and for the past few months, i have been having vertigo. Please Sir i need your advise.

Hello doctor. Took a fall twice and hit the ground. While falling, as an instant reaction, i took my hand out and landed on my elbow. This happened in February 2024 and now it is November 2024. I still feel weakness and mild pain in my shoulder. Xrays show normal signs. Have been doing the routine physiotherapy for a while but it isn’t helping much. Can you please help ?

I have been having vertigo for last 50 years. Haven’t had an attack for several years now. Symptoms are spinning and nausea. Last 3 weeks, brought on while I was on a bus and checking a map on the phone. 5 mins and rest of the 3 hours journey sitting still with . Doctor based on my symptoms suggest it could be BPPV and Vestibular N. I can still function but the mild symptoms are still hanging around. I had a CT scan yesterday and few pathology tests but results not back yet. I have started doing your exercises without problems. Can I continue with your exercises and eventually symptoms will go away. Not keen on my doctor visits.

The current symptoms are very different which allows me to function. Though really lack of energy!

Please excuse my poor English. Even when I eat well, I often feel cold and hot at the same time. My vision turns blue, my head feels hot and weird, and I always faint at least once a month. I'm always extremely tired and feel like passing out. Sometimes, I'm really close to passing out, but then I recover by resting in a sleeping position for 5 minutes. These almost-passing-out episodes happen at least once a week. i usually faint and feel dizzy like that while im in an uncomfortable posture or standing for too long (10 minutes of standing still is enough for me to faint) my first fainting episode was 11 years ago. when i get up from a resting position ny vision becomes blue and feel extremely dizzy for seconds. I also experience heart palpitations daily. My heart races really fast whenever I change my body position, even when I'm resting. I feel chest pain like multiple stabbing needles in the left side of my chest weekly. Despite being 18, my posture is terrible, and I have daily back pain and neck pain due to scoliosis. I've been experiencing extreme chest pain since I was 8 years old. Three years ago, during exercise, I had an episode where my heart raced really fast and irregularly, with strong palpitations. It felt like my heart stopped and then started beating again very strongly, like being hit with a hammer in the chest. This episode lasted about a week and was terrible. I couldn't run or do much physical activity because these terrible heart palpitations would come back. i don't think it's anxiety bc i was psychologically fine. i did a blood test yesterday and i will get the results after 2 weeks , and i will do ecg and do heart tests soon. i would like to know what could my problem be

The room was spinning 100 miles an hour but it didn’t go away within 60 seconds. It lasted for hours and when I went back to lay down the room was spinning nonstop when I try to get up and move it kind of stopped but then as soon as I lay back down the room continue to spin. Thank you, for explaining dizziness so well. I used to suffer from it frequently until I tried Planet Ayurveda’s Saraswatarishta and Brahmi Capsules. It really stabilized my balance issues. My cousin also found relief with their herbs - definitely worth a try if anyone is struggling with similar symptoms!

I've had vertigo since last March. 3 ENTs told me it's probably allergies. Along with it: frequent loss of balance, fatigue, loud tinnitus, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, nausea/no appetite. I have tried: 1) Neti pot, two different nasal sprays, and Zyrtec daily. 2) vestibular PT 3) lots of exercises on KZbin. I have arthritis in my neck that limits range of motion. Asked an ENT if it could be cervical vertigo, he said no. Also said ETD doesn't cause vertigo. Should I try chiropractic? Do all chiropractors treat vertigo?
