@@Lululutscher100 Freut mich zu hören 🤗🙏🎶 Aktuell leider noch nicht. Ich plane aber auf kurz oder lang einen Onlineshop aufzubauen... Der Hall Leonard Verlag hat eine Orgelversion von dem Stück. Die ist zwar nicht mein Arrangement, kommt dem aber ziemlich nahe:)

Sicher toll gespielt, leider scheint aber mit der Audioqualität aber etwas richtig schief gegangen zu sei. Bei mir hört es sich wirklich fürchterlich an. Dabei wäre ich wirklich sehr interessiert an der Aufnahme. Ich war anfangs vermutlich in der Kirche sogar dabei. ☺

@@troubadixrhenus3160 Ja, ab der Mitte wird es langsam besser. Keine Ahnung was das Aufnahmegerät am Anfang für einen Hänger hatte. Wenn man die Lautstärke am Handy etwas leiser stellt wird es besser🫣🙃 Ich wollte die Improvisation trotzdem gerne teilen☺️🎶 Bin dran mir neue Geräte zuzulegen...

I have never heard these tonalities from a pipe organ. This is a remarkable instrument, and the good padre's musical musings are sublime! His improvisation is downright compositional and his registration glorious!

Ja, "Stop" meint hier einfach Register wobei die Zählung leider nicht einheitlich ist und Wiki zB die Celesta, das GlockenSpiel und die 4 Extensionen nicht als (vollwertige) Register zählt (da sind es "nur" 67 ;-) im Englischen (Amerikanischen) werden gerne auch noch die "Ranks" genannt - also die PfeifenReihen, da eine Mixtur ja in der Regel zwar nur ein Register ist, aber gerne mal 5, 8 oder sogar noch mehr PfeifenReihen beinhaltet... eindeutig ist natürllich immer die gesamte Anzahl der Pfeifen wobei laut Vera F Birkenbihl die exakte Zahl für unser Gehirn eher uninteressant ist ... über 5000 (wie hier) ist natürlich schon eine Hausnummer und wahrscheinlich mehr als dreimal soviel wie eine "gewöhnliche" Orgel (was auch immer das sein mag ;-)

Beautifully played! BTW, Sarah Flower Adams did not compose this; she wrote the hymn - that is, the words. Lowell Mason was the composer of "Bethany," which is this tune, to which the hymn is usually sung in America.

A favorite festival hymn of mine! I grew up in a tradition that did not sing it, but when I was in high school the school choir spent a long time learning to sing it precisely and musically so we would be prepared to join choirs from schools in the whole region of our state in the annual Eastern Central Illinois Choral Festival. With the hall filled with singers and orchestra, we shook the rafters. I am pleased you have played it. And so beautifully!

The first time I heard this piece was at a Great Aunt's Funeral held in the Seventh Day Adventist Church where it was large enough to hold the service. She was well known and had tons of people attending. I love this prayerful tune. I am going to have this played at my memorial service someday. ❤

I have never seen an organ with so many swell shoes. Is there 5? You played this fantastically, I love how the out of tune reeds add so much character to this piece. If I ever build an organ, I will make a stop called the Trumpet en Chemade celeste. Bravo sir, bravo!!!
