I do not believe that IFRSs can be understood in 5 minutes. A lot of details are missing. For students, it is way better to read the full text of IFRSs.

what in the GODs name is the Fiue at 0:38? don't tell me it is Five ... the original coso framework consists of fiue if you want to deliver you message to your people, please mention it in the beginning of your video. otherwise, I don't have to speculate what is Fiue ....

IFRS 16 is Leases and earlier IAS 17 was for Leases. IFRS 17 is Insurance Contract. IAS and IFRS are different.

Sir we take an example T.s =2000 COGS= 1500 . . . GROSS PROFIT = 2000-1500= 500 OK THEN GROSS MARGIN=( 2000-1500)*100/2000. WE GET , = 25 .(IF THIS IS 25% MEANS = 500 ₹., BOTH ARE SAME AMOUNT) SO WHICH ONE MORE PROFIT ?

Thank you, Deepak, for watching our video. The example you shared, that is correct. Both are the same 25% and 500 in understanding. But, they are used differently when you do comparison and analysis. Comparing with Gross Profit won't be appropriate, but Gross Margin comparison would be fair practice to compare the company's proportion of COGS against Total Sales in the Industry. the first problem with this video is the accent which is so bad, the second one is that you cannot cover the topic in just three minutes. Indians always fail to adhere to the minimum standards of professionalism and integrity and claim for what they don't really have. I personally don't like them at all.
