Thank You very much to all panelists and especially on 29:20 on Michelle and Martin clarifying the topic that I wrote in the chat ,what means practically to not follow one MDCG as guideline for the PMS, bc I was compiling one full MD Tech File and I had big resistance from a colleague that he follows the current PSUR template acc the actual MDCG mentioning that ( Das ist kein Gesetz, spoken in German, it's not a regulation) . I mean what else could only be beneficial following the current mdcgs even if they are guidances, exactly they reflect the current status of the notified bodies
